A lot of weapons have a weapon skill. You increase your weapon skill with every accurate shot you do. You can view your weapon skills by pressing the view stat button while holding the specific weapon in question.

Stallion is one of the vehicles that has been with the series since the start (including the original Grand Theft Auto). It's 2-door passenger car which is semi-fast and has decent controllability. Always a suitable getaway car.
